Booking Terms
Important information about requesting and confirming a taxi booking.
Booking requests
Submitting the online form sends a booking request; it does not by itself confirm that a vehicle has been assigned. A booking is confirmed only when Dandenong Taxi 24 accepts the details and communicates confirmation.
Accurate trip details
The person booking should provide an accurate pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage amount and contact number. Child-seat, accessibility, bulky-item, multi-stop and special vehicle requirements must be raised before confirmation.
Pickup and travel conditions
Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup point and remain contactable. Journey and arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, airport conditions and circumstances outside the driver’s control.
Vehicle availability
Standard, larger-capacity, maxi and silver service vehicles are subject to availability. A requested vehicle type is not guaranteed until it is confirmed.
Lawful and safe travel
Passengers and items must be suitable for lawful and safe transport. Drivers may decline a trip where safety, legality, passenger conduct or undisclosed item requirements create a material concern.
