How to change or cancel a confirmed taxi booking.
Tell us as soon as possible
If plans change, call 0401 638 077 promptly and provide the booking name, pickup address and scheduled time. Early notice gives the team the best chance to stop or reassign the vehicle.
Booking changes
Changes to the pickup, destination, time, passenger count, luggage or vehicle type are subject to availability and must be confirmed. Sending an email or form does not guarantee that a time-sensitive change has been received.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Where a driver has already been dispatched, has arrived, or has waited at the agreed point, costs may apply according to the circumstances and applicable taxi rules. Any charge will depend on the actual booking and will not be invented or represented as a fixed website price.
Flights and external delays
If a flight or event changes, contact us with the new details. We will try to adjust the booking, but revised availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
